  1. Provide expert mortgage advice and guidance to clients seeking homeownership.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners in the community.
  3. Evaluate clients' financial situations and determine the best mortgage options for their needs.
  4. Educate clients on the home buying and mortgage process.
  5. Ensure all mortgage applications and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and products to better serve clients.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage process for clients.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for HSBC and promote our commitment to helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership dreams.
  9. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the mortgage team.
  10. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the mortgage process.
  11. Participate in community events and initiatives to promote HSBC's mortgage services and support the local community.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and transactions.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  14. Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements in the mortgage industry.
  15. Collaborate with other mortgage consultants and team members to share knowledge and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.
