  10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and financial information.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring the highest level of integrity and ethical standards.
  12. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to commercial banking and customer service.
