  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the commercial card product portfolio in alignment with the overall business objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and technology to drive product development and enhancements.
  4. Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  5. Create business cases for new product initiatives, outlining the potential benefits, risks, and financial projections.
  6. Manage and prioritize product roadmap based on market demands, customer needs, and business priorities.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and business partners.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive growth.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for all commercial card products.
  10. Provide training and support to sales teams and other relevant stakeholders on product features and benefits.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on commercial card products, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Commercial Card Products And Services, Including Purchasing Cards, Travel Cards, And Virtual Cards.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Launching Successful Commercial Card Products And Driving Business Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Manage Relationships With Clients And External Partners.
