Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Client Services, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services, As Well As Regulatory Requirements.
Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Resolving Complex Client Issues In A Timely Manner.
