
Client Service Manager - Markets and Securities Services

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in order to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate client satisfaction and take proactive measures to address any areas of improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest market trends and developments in securities services to better serve clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase client retention.
- Lead and mentor a team of client service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of service delivery.
- Prepare and present reports on client activity, performance, and feedback to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to further enhance client relationships and promote the brand.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Client-Facing Role Within The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Markets And Securities Services, Including Products, Processes, And Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Managing A Team And Delivering Exceptional Client Service In A Fast-Paced, Global Environment.
