  1. Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Act as the first point of contact for clients and provide exceptional service at all times.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and addressing any concerns or issues.
  4. Answer client inquiries and provide accurate and timely information regarding banking products and services.
  5. Assist clients with account opening, closing, and maintenance processes.
  6. Process client transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Proactively identify and recommend solutions to meet client needs.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  9. Keep up-to-date with changes in banking policies and procedures, as well as industry trends, to provide accurate information to clients.
  10. Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.
  11. Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  13. Handle client complaints and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department.
  14. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all privacy and security protocols.
  15. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  16. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  17. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall client experience.
  18. Assist with administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Qualifications
