
Client Selection and Exit Management Lead
As our CSEM Manager, you will evaluate CSEM policy changes and address impacts on processes for operational effectiveness, engage in ongoing development and improvement of UCM-CS, serve as the Secretariat to US CMB and GB RRCSC, and ensure exit decisions are advised by good quality and pertinent information. The role requires the ability to engage with senior team members and business partners to assist in implementing change to align with financial crime mitigation as well as regulatory and procedural requirements to complete the bank’s strategy.
4+ years of related experience
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal team members and business partners, across all geographies of HSBC
Ability to root out fundamental issues while bringing more efficiencies in policies, processes and systemic solutions
Ability to be proactive and able to manage team through Global, Local, Regulatory audits to deadlines.
Comfort in a fast-paced environment and keeping on top of changing Global and Local business requirements in Financial Crime Risk
