
Client Implementation Manager, Global Payments Solutions
We are looking for an experienced Client Implementation Manager to join our Global Payments Solutions team at HSBC. As Client Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding for all global payment clients. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party partners to ensure a smooth, efficient, and successful onboarding process.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of payment processing, financial services, and customer service. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the onboarding process for all global payment clients, ensuring seamless and successful implementation.
- Work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party partners to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements.
- Provide solutions to any challenges that arise during the onboarding process.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of financial services, payment processing, and customer service.
- Manage client relationships, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date records of onboarding activities.
- Monitor performance metrics and produce reports on onboarding progress.
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the onboarding process.
