  1. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and goals.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis and assessments to identify potential risks and impacts of change on the organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.
  4. Create and deliver effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  5. Facilitate training and development programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge necessary to adapt to change.

  7. Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers in effectively leading their teams through change.

  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues and stakeholders on change management principles and practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Management, Organizational Psychology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Change Management, Preferably In A Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Large-Scale Organizational Change Initiatives.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Effective Change Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
