  1. Lead and manage strategic initiatives for HSBC's CEO Office, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure successful execution and achievement of goals.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  3. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and recommendations for resolution.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to project success, proactively finding solutions to keep projects on track.
  5. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  6. Conduct thorough research and analysis to support decision-making and drive informed project planning.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  8. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and HSBC's policies and procedures.
  9. Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  10. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  11. Represent HSBC and the CEO Office at external events and industry conferences, promoting the bank's brand and reputation.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
  13. Uphold a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions and decisions.
  14. Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection policies to safeguard sensitive information.
  15. Proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance job performance and contribute to the overall success of HSBC.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects With Multiple Stakeholders And Tight Deadlines.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Senior Executives And Cross-Functional Teams.
