  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to HSBC clients through inbound phone calls.

  10. Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by HSBC.
  11. Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge of products and services.
  12. Adhere to all company and regulatory guidelines, ensuring compliance and security of customer information.
  13. Handle sensitive and confidential customer information with discretion and professionalism.
  14. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement to enhance the customer experience.
  15. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed of any changes or updates to products, services, or processes.

Job Qualifications
