Risk Management Experience: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably Within A Large Financial Institution. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Practices, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Risk Management Frameworks.
Regulatory Knowledge: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements Related To Capital And Stress Testing, Including Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank Act, And Other Relevant Regulations. They Should Also Have Experience In Communicating With Regulators And Responding To Regulatory Inquiries.
