  1. Monitor and analyze the capacity and performance of HSBC's systems and infrastructure on a daily basis.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize capacity and improve performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify capacity requirements and plan for future growth.
  4. Conduct regular capacity planning meetings to assess current and future needs.
  5. Identify and address any potential capacity issues or bottlenecks before they impact operations.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to recommend and implement solutions for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  7. Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely and effective deployment of new systems and upgrades.
  8. Communicate with stakeholders and management to provide updates on capacity and performance status.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to capacity planning and management.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members in capacity management processes and techniques.
  11. Continuously assess and improve existing capacity management processes to ensure optimal efficiency.
  12. Develop and maintain documentation for capacity management processes and procedures.
  13. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure capacity requirements are met.
  14. Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in capacity management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Capacity Management, Preferably In A Financial Services Or Banking Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of It Infrastructure And Architecture, Including Servers, Networks, Storage, And Databases.

  • Experience With Capacity Planning And Forecasting Tools, As Well As Performance Monitoring And Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Identify And Resolve Capacity Issues.
