Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Manager, Global Foreign Exchange at HSBC. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for working with customers on foreign exchange products. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Global Foreign Exchange team in achieving key business objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a background in financial services, a proven track record of delivering results, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Required qualifications include a degree in finance, economics, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role in financial services. Prior experience in foreign exchange or similar is highly desirable. The successful candidate should have an understanding of the foreign exchange industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
