- Oversee the daily operations of the branch office, including but not limited to customer service, sales, and administrative tasks.

- Create and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services, As Well As Regulatory And Compliance Requirements.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With At Least 3 Years In A Managerial Role.
Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Motivating And Developing Employees.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Colleagues, And Stakeholders.
