  1. Lead the development and implementation of the BIAN platform at HSBC, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our clients.
  2. Ensure seamless integration of technology and business processes within the BIAN platform.
  3. Stay updated on the latest BIAN standards and architecture, and incorporate them into the platform.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with BIAN standards.
  5. Create and maintain technical documentation for the BIAN platform.
  6. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the BIAN platform is functioning efficiently and meeting business goals.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on BIAN standards and architecture, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise in BIAN standards.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the BIAN platform and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into platform development.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIAN standards and architecture to continually improve the BIAN platform.
  13. Mentor and train team members on BIAN standards and architecture to ensure a strong understanding of the platform within the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Bian (Banking Industry Architecture Network) Standards And Principles.

  • Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Bian-Based Solutions Within A Financial Institution.

  • Strong Understanding Of Banking Processes And Systems, Including Core Banking, Payments, And Customer Relationship Management.

  • Extensive Experience With Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, Such As Togaf, And Ability To Apply Them To Bian-Based Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Deliver Successful Bian-Based Solutions.
