  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate toxic combinations of risks within the financial institution.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to risk management.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and make necessary improvements.
  6. Identify emerging risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate potential impacts on the organization.
  7. Communicate risk assessment findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and industry peers, to stay informed of industry developments and best practices.
  9. Lead and facilitate risk management training and awareness programs for employees.
  10. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to risk management as needed.
  11. Provide support and guidance to junior risk management team members.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to risk management.
  13. Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
  14. Proactively identify and report any potential or actual risk events to relevant parties.
  15. Continuously review and update risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure they align with the organization's objectives and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Toxic Combination Role Within A Financial Institution, With A Strong Understanding Of Risk Management And Compliance.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Or Relevant Certifications (Such As Frm Or Cfa) Preferred.

  • Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Assess Complex Data And Identify Potential Risks And Opportunities.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team While Also Building Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
