  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's current and future talent needs.
  3. Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  4. Utilize various recruitment methods and tools to identify and connect with potential candidates.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  6. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  8. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  9. Train and mentor recruitment team members to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to company values and policies.
  10. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  11. Develop and maintain a diverse talent pipeline to support the organization's diversity and inclusion goals.
  12. Participate in networking events and job fairs to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  13. Manage the recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective recruitment strategies.
  14. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on recruitment activities and progress.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Financial Institution Or Large Corporate Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Talent Acquisition Strategies To Attract Top Talent.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Recruiting Trends And Techniques, Including The Use Of Social Media And Other Digital Platforms.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Partners.
