4. Maintain a thorough understanding of the banking industry, including market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements.

7. Provide excellent customer service and address any client complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
8. Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulations to mitigate risks and maintain the integrity of the bank.
9. Act as a brand ambassador for HSBC, promoting the bank's image and values at all times.
10. Mentor and train junior team members to help them achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the team.
11. Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information in the bank's systems.
12. Collaborate with other departments, such as wealth management and corporate banking, to provide clients with a comprehensive range of financial solutions.
13. Represent the bank at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish new business relationships.
