- Develop and implement strategies for managing the agency network for secured collections, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the agency network, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing agency management and debt recovery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, providing guidance and support to drive results and meet targets.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication between internal teams and agency partners.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for business growth and optimization of collection processes.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices in agency management and debt recovery.
- Lead and motivate a team of agency management professionals, providing training, guidance, and support as needed.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement departmental goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on agency network performance and progress towards targets.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide timely and effective resolution.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Collections And Agency Management In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance In Relation To Collections And Agency Management.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Relationships With Third Party Collection Agencies.
