- Oversee the management of our secured loan agency network, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to our customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and efficiency of our agency network.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of agencies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement training and development programs for agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve agency network performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert on agency management, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
- Develop and manage budgets for agency management activities.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in agency management, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and motivate a team of agency management professionals, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback and support.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our agency management practices and building relationships with potential partners.
- Drive continuous improvement within the agency management team, identifying and implementing process enhancements and efficiencies.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates on agency management performance and initiatives.
- Uphold HSBC's values and promote a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion within the agency management team and across the organization.
Extensive Experience In Agency Management: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Agency Relationships In The Financial Services Industry, Preferably In A Global Bank. This Includes Experience In Negotiating And Managing Contracts, Monitoring Performance, And Resolving Issues With Agency Partners.
Strong Knowledge Of Secured Products: The Avp Of Agency Management Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Secured Products Such As Mortgages, Personal And Commercial Loans, Credit Cards, And Auto Loans. This Knowledge Should Extend To Regulatory Requirements, Risk Management, And Industry Trends.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Will Require The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Agency Management Professionals, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Across The Organization. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effective Leadership, Team Building, And Project Management.
Excellent Communication And Relationship Management Skills: The Avp Of Agency Management Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Agency Partners, Internal Stakeholders, And External Vendors. Therefore, Strong Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
