Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Associate Relationship Manager to join the HSBC team. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to think independently and take initiative. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in relationship management and the ability to drive innovation and growth.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, ideally with a concentration in finance or business. Previous experience in relationship management, customer service or sales is essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a banking environment is desirable.At HSBC, our Associate Relationship Managers are an integral part of our team and are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating long-term relationships with our clients. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients

  4. Utilize various banking and financial tools to analyze and evaluate customer data
  5. Collaborate with other teams within HSBC to ensure customer satisfaction
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products and services
  7. Track customer interactions and data to ensure accuracy and quality
  8. Build and sustain customer loyalty by understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions
  9. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  10. Assist in the development of marketing strategies to promote the bank's services
