Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Associate, eRisk Quant for our FX & EM Rates eTrading department. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of our electronic trading risk management strategies.   1. Conduct quantitative analysis on electronic trading risk management strategies.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies for FX and EM Rates eTrading.
  3. Collaborate with team members to identify and assess potential risks in electronic trading.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends and changes in electronic trading regulations.
  5. Utilize data analytics and modeling techniques to evaluate and improve risk management processes.
  6. Communicate and present risk management strategies and findings to senior management.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in electronic trading risk management.
  8. Identify and implement improvements to existing electronic trading risk management systems and processes.
  9. Work closely with other teams within the organization to ensure effective risk management across all areas of the business.
  10. Support the development and implementation of new electronic trading initiatives.
  11. Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential risks.
  12. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all risk management processes and procedures.
  13. Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
  14. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to electronic trading risk management.
  15. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of risk management processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Finance, Or Computer Science.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fx And Em Rates Markets And Trading Strategies.

  • Proficiency In Coding Languages Such As Python, R, Or Matlab For Data Analysis And Modeling.

  • Familiarity With Risk Management Frameworks And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Both Technical And Non-Technical Teams.
