- Oversee and manage a team responsible for executing and monitoring transactions for HSBC clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and accurate transaction management processes.
- Provide guidance and leadership to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and analyze transaction data to identify potential risks and implement risk mitigation measures.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures related to transaction management.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on team performance and transaction activity.

- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments within HSBC to ensure seamless integration of transaction processes.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on transaction management strategies and initiatives.

Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Finance, Business, Or Real Estate.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Transaction Management Or A Similar Role Within The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Related Regulations.
Proven Ability To Manage And Lead A Team, With A Focus On Achieving Goals And Driving Results.
