  1. Develop and implement strategies to support the provision of affordable housing for low-income individuals and families.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify gaps in the social housing sector and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop partnerships and initiatives that align with HSBC's mission and values.
  4. Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of social housing programs.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the impact of social housing initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
  6. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the progress and outcomes of social housing programs.
  7. Stay up-to-date on trends and developments in the social housing sector and incorporate them into HSBC's strategies and programs.

  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the delivery of social housing programs.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for team members, promoting diversity and inclusion.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate HSBC's social housing programs and services.
  13. Represent HSBC and act as a spokesperson for social housing initiatives to the media and the public.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. Urban Planning, Public Administration, Business Management)

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Social Housing Or Affordable Housing Sector

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Relevant Housing Policies And Regulations

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Abilities, With A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With Government Agencies, Ngos, And Community Organizations.
