- Provide support to Sales Managers in driving the growth of the Global Trade Solutions business.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and plans for the Global Trade Solutions business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
- Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular updates to the Sales Managers.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to support the sales process.
- Maintain a deep understanding of global trade solutions and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
- Act as a liaison between Sales Managers and other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Provide training and guidance to new Sales Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance the overall sales experience.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency within the sales support function.
- Uphold the reputation and values of HSBC and represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Strong Sales Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In A Global Trade Solutions Setting. This Includes A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, Managing A Team, And Developing Successful Sales Strategies.
Extensive Knowledge Of Global Trade Solutions: Hsbc Is A Leading Provider Of Global Trade Solutions, And The Assistant Vice President Must Have A Deep Understanding Of These Products And Services. This Includes Knowledge Of Trade Finance, Supply Chain Management, And International Trade Regulations.
Excellent Leadership Skills: As A Sales Manager Support, The Assistant Vice President Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, Provide Guidance And Support, And Foster A Positive And Collaborative Work Environment.
