  • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to ensure the safety and stability of the bank's operations and financial standing
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies
  • Monitor and analyze financial market trends and developments to anticipate and proactively address potential risks
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to implement risk management initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Lead and mentor a team of risk management professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development
  • Review and assess the effectiveness of existing risk management processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate and report on risk management strategies and findings to senior management and other key stakeholders
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to risk management to ensure the bank remains competitive and compliant
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as regulatory agencies and industry associations, to stay informed on emerging risks and best practices
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other departments on risk management matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Risk Management: A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Financial Services Industry, With A Focus On Risk Management And Oversight.
