  1. Oversee the policy servicing needs of high net worth clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  2. Develop and implement efficient and effective processes for policy servicing to enhance customer experience.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for high net worth clients regarding policy servicing inquiries and concerns.
  4. Maintain a high level of knowledge on insurance policies and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
  5. Monitor and analyze policy servicing metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  6. Train, mentor, and guide team members to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service to high net worth clients.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless and efficient policy servicing for high net worth clients.
  8. Handle escalated customer service issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to make recommendations for improving policy servicing processes.
  10. Take ownership of customer satisfaction and work towards achieving high levels of client retention and loyalty.
  11. Represent HSBC at industry events and conferences to promote our policy servicing capabilities.
  12. Comply with all relevant regulations and company policies while performing job duties.
  13. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to high net worth clients.
  14. Prepare and present reports on policy servicing performance and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  15. Continuously strive towards personal and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in the insurance industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of High Net Worth (Hnw) Clients: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Needs And Expectations Of Hnw Clients, Including Their Financial Goals, Investment Preferences, And Risk Appetite. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Developing And Implementing Effective Policy Servicing Strategies For This Client Segment.

  • Proven Experience In Policy Servicing: The Assistant Vice President Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Policy Servicing, Preferably In A High Net Worth Setting. This Should Include Experience In Managing Complex Policy Servicing Issues, Handling Policy Changes, And Ensuring Timely And Accurate Policy Updates.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Will Involve Analyzing Policy Data, Identifying Trends And Patterns, And Making Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Policy Servicing Processes. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Manage The Complexities Of Hnw Policy Servicing.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Assistant Vice President, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Work Closely With Various Internal Teams, Including Wealth Management, Risk Management, And Compliance. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Building And Maintaining Effective Working Relationships With These Teams.
