  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies in accordance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential risks within the organization.
  3. Monitor and analyze key risk indicators to identify potential areas of concern.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
  5. Provide guidance and support to various departments on risk management practices and procedures.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on risk management best practices.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to risk management and make recommendations to senior management.
  8. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of risk management processes.
  9. Prepare and present reports to senior management on risk management performance and areas of improvement.
  10. Collaborate with external stakeholders such as regulators and auditors to ensure compliance with regulations.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of risk management activities and findings.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
  13. Monitor and analyze internal and external risk factors that may impact the organization.
  14. Participate in risk management committees and meetings to discuss and address potential risks.
  15. Mentor and train junior staff members on risk management practices and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Risk Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Non-Financial Risks, Including Operational, It, Compliance, And Reputational Risks.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Non-Financial Risk Management.
