
Assistant Manager - Surveillance

- Develop and implement surveillance strategies and procedures to enhance risk detection capabilities.

- Identify and report any deficiencies or gaps in the bank's risk management policies and procedures.
- Provide recommendations for improving risk management processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all surveillance activities.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in risk management and surveillance.
- Collaborate with external agencies and law enforcement as needed.
- Adhere to all internal policies and external regulations related to risk management and surveillance.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential weaknesses in the bank's risk management processes.
- Assist in developing and implementing risk management training programs for employees.
- Represent the bank in external meetings and conferences related to risk management and surveillance.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Surveillance, Risk Management, Or Fraud Prevention.
Knowledge Of Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
