  1. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain overseas Indian customers in the designated regions of Delhi, Jaipur, Chandigarh, and Kolkata.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their financial needs and providing suitable solutions.
  3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Overseas Indian Business.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of any queries or concerns.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their sales and customer service skills.
  9. Stay updated on the bank's products and services and effectively communicate them to customers.
  10. Represent HSBC at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the bank's presence in the market.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements while carrying out job responsibilities.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  14. Collaborate with the HR team to recruit and onboard new team members as needed.
  15. Uphold the HSBC brand and values in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Multinational Company

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Indian Market And Cultural Nuances, With Experience Working With Overseas Indian Clients

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Business Growth In The Assigned Regions (Delhi, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Kolkata)
