  1. Develop and maintain relationships with overseas Indian clients to ensure their financial needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Act as a key point of contact for our overseas Indian clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.
  3. Collaborate with the wider HSBC team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Indian market.
  4. Stay updated on the latest market trends and developments in the Indian market to better serve our clients.
  5. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges faced by our overseas Indian clients.
  6. Lead and manage projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience for our overseas Indian clients.
  7. Work closely with the team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank.
  8. Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of HSBC's products, services, and policies to effectively serve our clients.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies to maintain the integrity and reputation of HSBC.

Job Qualifications
