  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive recovery and resolution plan for the organization, incorporating all relevant regulatory requirements and best practices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and implement effective risk management strategies.
  3. Monitor and assess the organization's financial health and identify potential areas of improvement for the recovery and resolution plan.
  4. Conduct regular stress tests and scenario analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of the recovery and resolution plan.
  5. Keep abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes related to recovery and resolution planning, and make necessary updates to the plan as needed.
  6. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with recovery and resolution requirements.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the recovery and resolution plan.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and the Board of Directors on the organization's readiness for potential financial crises.
  9. Manage a team of recovery and resolution planning professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the recovery and resolution planning process to enhance the organization's overall stability and resilience.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Specifically In Recovery And Resolution Planning.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Recovery And Resolution Planning, Such As Dodd-Frank Act And Basel Iii.

  • Experience In Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams To Develop And Implement Recovery And Resolution Plans.
