- Develop and maintain a comprehensive recovery and resolution plan for the organization, incorporating all relevant regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Monitor and assess the organization's financial health and identify potential areas of improvement for the recovery and resolution plan.
- Conduct regular stress tests and scenario analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of the recovery and resolution plan.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes related to recovery and resolution planning, and make necessary updates to the plan as needed.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with recovery and resolution requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the recovery and resolution plan.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and the Board of Directors on the organization's readiness for potential financial crises.
- Manage a team of recovery and resolution planning professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recovery and resolution planning process to enhance the organization's overall stability and resilience.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Specifically In Recovery And Resolution Planning.
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Recovery And Resolution Planning, Such As Dodd-Frank Act And Basel Iii.
Experience In Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams To Develop And Implement Recovery And Resolution Plans.
