Agile Business Analyst

Ensure program requirements are implemented by MSS IT teams in a timely manner. Challenge and resolve where conflicting requirements occur from different IT and/or Business users. Work on Business Process Intake Templates, Control Gap Assessment Templates, & Remediation Templates. Work with IT System Owners and SMEs and get the various templates filled Create and maintain project JIRA with all details relevant to the project. The nature of the role requires working closely with MSS colleagues across different geographies and time zones. It will also at times involve working with colleagues across other Global Businesses & Global Functions. Work with Training team to produce any required data management training and guidance documentation. Monitor IT user adoption metrics and resolve problems where adoption is not in-line with expectations.
