- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in sales messaging and processes.
- Create and deliver training programs and materials to enhance the sales team's knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitors' strategies to continuously improve the sales enablement program.
- Act as a liaison between sales teams and management, providing updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales managers to develop and implement individualized coaching and development plans for sales team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to promote a high-performing sales culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement Or Sales Training Roles, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hsbc's Products, Services, And Sales Processes.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach Sales Teams.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Sales Enablement Strategies And Initiatives.
