  1. Develop and implement sales enablement strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
  2. Provide guidance and support to the sales teams in order to improve their performance and achieve their sales targets.
  3. Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in sales messaging and processes.
  5. Create and deliver training programs and materials to enhance the sales team's knowledge and skills.
  6. Monitor and track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitors' strategies to continuously improve the sales enablement program.
  8. Act as a liaison between sales teams and management, providing updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  9. Collaborate with sales managers to develop and implement individualized coaching and development plans for sales team members.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to promote a high-performing sales culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement Or Sales Training Roles, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hsbc's Products, Services, And Sales Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach Sales Teams.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Sales Enablement Strategies And Initiatives.
