Sr Sterile Processing Technician

We are currently looking for an experienced Sr Sterile Processing Technician to join the team at Houston Methodist! This individual must be an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing safe, high-quality patient care. The Sr Sterile Processing Technician will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Sterile Processing Department and ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and sterilized according to hospital protocols.The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of experience in a sterile processing or related role. They must have a thorough knowledge of sterilization techniques and processes, as well as a strong attention to detail. In addition, the candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize their workload to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the Sterile Processing Department.
