The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in the field of spine neurosurgery, experience with minimally invasive techniques, and a demonstrated ability to provide expert medical care in a compassionate manner. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, staff, and other healthcare professionals. They should also demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
