Houston Methodist is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Senior Residency Program Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a professional and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, and oversight of the residency programs.To be successful in this role, the Senior Residency Program Coordinator must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think critically and problem-solve. Responsibilities for Senior Residency Program Coordinator:

  1. Develop and implement strategies for the successful coordination of the residency programs.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the progress of the residency programs and make necessary adjustments.
  3. Create and maintain detailed reports and records related to the residency programs.
  4. Serve as a liaison between the residency program staff and other departments within the organization.
  5. Provide guidance and support to program staff and residents.
  6. Maintain a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the applicable accreditation standards, regulations, rules, and procedures.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the residency programs.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and organizations.
  9. Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events related to the residency programs.
  10. Develop and manage the budget for the residency programs.
