Senior Recruiter

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team at Houston Methodist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing and executing full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of roles across the organization. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be expected to demonstrate a collaborative and innovative approach to talent acquisition and have the ability to successfully manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and communicate effectively. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong time management skills, and excellent relationship building skills. 9. Create and maintain a positive and collaborative recruitment environment.
10. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase diversity in the workplace.
