Senior Quality Outcomes Specialist
The Senior Quality Outcomes Specialist at Houston Methodist will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives related to quality improvement, patient safety, and other related outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the highest level of patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure organizational compliance to standards and regulations
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality standards are met
- Lead process improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Work with different departments to ensure best practices are being followed
- Develop and implement educational programs for staff related to quality improvement
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate outcomes and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
