Senior HR Representative

As a Senior Human Resources Representative at Houston Methodist, you will provide comprehensive HR support to all Houston Methodist departments and employees. You will be a key member of the HR team and play an integral role in ensuring HR goals are met in accordance with company policies and procedures. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and motivated individual who is committed to providing the highest quality of service to our employees and the organization.To be successful in this role, you must have at least four years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compensation. In addition, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
