Job Description

As a key member of the Houston Methodist System Patient Safety team, the Project Manager will be responsible for developing and executing projects that align with the System Patient Safety goals and objectives. This individual will be a key contributor in the overall strategy and development of the System Patient Safety program.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business administration, with a minimum of five years of experience in project management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of healthcare safety protocols, regulations, and standards, as well as a strong working knowledge of project management tools and techniques. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to join the Houston Methodist System Patient Safety team and help develop and manage projects that will improve the safety of our patients.
