PRN Dietitian

We are looking for a highly motivated and personable PRN Dietitian to join the Nutrition Therapy team at Houston Methodist. As a PRN Dietitian, you will have the opportunity to work in a team-focused, compassionate environment, while utilizing your expertise in nutrition and dietetics to deliver high-quality care to our patients.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field, as well as current Dietitian registration in the State of Texas. In addition, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nutritional plans for patients based on their individual needs and health goals • Monitor patients’ progress and adjust nutritional plans accordingly • Educate patients on healthy eating habits, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications • Work with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Keep up to date on the latest nutrition research and trends • Participate in team meetings and trainings
