Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal support to attorneys, including research, writing, and communication.
2. Stay organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.
3. Take initiative and work independently.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations affecting the organization.
5. Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
6. Develop case strategies in collaboration with attorneys.
7. Manage legal files, including the indexing and filing of documents.
8. Perform legal research and analysis and develop legal strategies.
9. Maintain contact with clients to provide status updates and answer questions.
10. Coordinate with outside counsels and other support personnel.
