Job Description

Houston Methodist is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Palliative Care Physician to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who has an unwavering commitment to providing outstanding medical care with a focus on comfort and quality of life.The successful candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a physician, be board certified in Internal Medicine, and have a subspecialty in Palliative Care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care. A passion for palliative care and a dedication to providing compassionate care for end-of-life patients and their families is essential. The successful candidate will have an understanding of the complexity of palliative care and the ability to develop and implement effective care plans.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding medical care with a focus on comfort and quality of life to end-of-life patients and their families.
  2. Utilize a minimum of 3 years of experience as a physician and be board certified in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Palliative Care.
  3. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
  4. Show a passion for palliative care and a dedication to providing compassionate care for end-of-life patients and their families.
  5. Understand the complexity of palliative care and develop and implement effective care plans.
