Certification As A Medical Assistant (Cma) From An Accredited Institution.
Prior Experience Working In A Cardiology Or Clinical Call Center Setting.

Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Communicate With Patients And Healthcare Professionals.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail To Manage Patient Records And Schedule Appointments Accurately.
