The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration or related field, with a minimum of five years of supervisory experience in the revenue cycle, preferably in a healthcare field. Additional qualifications include knowledge and demonstrated expertise in analytics, data mining, financial modeling, healthcare reimbursement and coding, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to improve revenue cycle performance.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  3. Create and maintain financial models and reports to support revenue cycle initiatives.
  4. Identify areas for improvement in healthcare reimbursement and coding and develop strategies to address them.
  5. Develop and implement educational programs for revenue cycle staff.
  6. Manage the performance of the revenue cycle team and provide coaching and guidance.
  7. Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of revenue cycle initiatives.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to the revenue cycle.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the revenue cycle team and recommend changes to improve performance.
  10. Prepare and present management reports to track progress and performance of revenue cycle initiatives.
