8. Develop and maintain crisis communication strategies and protocols to effectively manage potential crises.
9. Oversee the creation and distribution of internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in public relations, utilizing this knowledge to continuously improve and innovate in the role.
