We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Manager of Employee Benefits to join our team at Houston Methodist. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, communication, and administration of employee benefits plans and programs.We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional with a deep understanding of the complexities of employee benefits and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits management.This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our employees through meaningful work and a passion for delivering exceptional service and quality. Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and administer employee benefits plans and programs.
  2. Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with benefit plan providers and vendors.
  4. Assist in the development of employee communications related to benefits.
  5. Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits plan questions.
  6. Manage the annual open enrollment process.
  7. Analyze benefit utilization to identify cost savings opportunities.
  8. Create and maintain benefit plan documentation.
  9. Develop and manage the benefits budget.
  10. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends in employee benefits.
