The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, communication, and administration of employee benefits plans and programs.We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional with a deep understanding of the complexities of employee benefits and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and administer employee benefits plans and programs.
- Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with benefit plan providers and vendors.
- Assist in the development of employee communications related to benefits.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits plan questions.
- Manage the annual open enrollment process.
- Analyze benefit utilization to identify cost savings opportunities.
- Create and maintain benefit plan documentation.
- Develop and manage the benefits budget.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends in employee benefits.
