Job Description

Houston Methodist is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Manager of Clinical Trials to join our committed team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a clinical trial management role and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Trials department. The successful candidate will be a strong leader, possessing excellent communication skills, and must have a strong understanding of clinical research protocols and regulations. Additionally, the Manager of Clinical Trials will have a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the Clinical Trials department.
  2. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Ensure compliance with clinical research protocols and regulations.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of clinical trial professionals.
  5. Monitor and review clinical trial data to ensure accuracy.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to increase clinical trial efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Liaise with external partners, vendors, and sponsors.
  8. Analyze and report on clinical trial data.
  9. Serve as a representative of the Clinical Trials department at various meetings and conferences.
  10. Monitor and track progress of clinical trials to ensure timelines are met.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite

  • + Years Of Supervisory Experience In A Clinical Trials Setting

  • Familiarity With Statistical Analysis And Data Management Software.
